It covers three main subtopics: 1) The knowing-doing gap and how to close it, 2) Focusing on learning by providing a flexible and challenging environment, and 3) Shared and supportive leadership where principals share power and promote staff leadership. Activities are included such as discussing benefits of cooperative learning structures and the importance of learning-focused relationships. Kagan structures are also referenced as a cooperative learning technique.
