ボッシュ株式会社 (代表取締役社長：クラウス・メーダー 以下 ボッシュ)はこのたび、従来の事故調査方法に加え客観的データによる事故解析を多くの自動車オーナーが利用可能とするため、自動車事故時の運転記録装置イベント データ レコーダー（EDR）からデータの読み出し作業を専門とする「CDRテクニシャン」制度を12月1日に新設します。これに合わせて11月中旬に第1回「CDR テクニシャントレーニング」を開催します。
昨今、事故検証の有力な証拠の一つとして注目されているEDRデータの読み出しと解析は、自動車の専門的知識と事故解析の経験などを有し、更にボッシュの認定トレーニングに合格した「CDRアナリスト」により行われます。現在、警察機関、損害保険大手各社、調査研究機関、自動車メーカーなどを中心に、約270名※１のCDRアナリスト認定者が在籍しています。しかし、来年7月より始まるEDR搭載義務化により事故時のEDRデータ活用の大幅な増加が見込まれているため、ボッシュはEDRデータの読み出しに特化した作業員資格である「CDRテクニシャン」を新設し、数年で1000人規模への拡大を目指します。データの読み出し拠点が増えることにより、万一事故にあった際に、自動車に記録されたEDRデータの読み出しを近くの拠点へ依頼する事が可能となり、自動車ユーザーはEDRデータを証拠の一つとして活用した客観的で透明性の高い事故調査を要望する事が可能となります。
現在、国内の事故調査の対象となる自動車は約150万台※2に及びますが、EDRデータを活用した調査は約4000台※3と、全体のニーズに対して大幅に足りていない状況です。その大きな要因として、CDRアナリストの認定者数が少ない事が挙げられます。CDRアナリストは、事故解析の経験、車両システム、物理法則といった知識に加え、エンジニアリング英語力を備えた技術者が5日間、40時間のボッシュ認定CDRアナリストトレーニングを受講し、修了試験に合格して認定される狭き門であり、これを乗り超えて初めてEDRデータを活用した事故調査が可能となります。ベテランになる為にはさらに多くの調査件数を扱う必要があるためCDRアナリストを大幅に増員する事は非常に困難です。しかし、データによる事故解析をより一般的に普及するためにはEDRデータの読み出し拠点を全国に幅広く設置することが必要不可欠です。そのためボッシュは、EDRデータの読み出し作業のみを専門とした「CDRテクニシャン」制度を新設し、数年以内に1000人規模に拡大する事でCDRアナリストが実施する事故解析との連携作業により、約30％の事故調査（EDR搭載車両を対象とする）でEDRデータが活用される事を目指します。CDRテクニシャンの認定を受けるには2日間のCDRテクニシャン トレーニングを受講し、終了試験に合格する必要があります。認定者はテクニシャン専用のCDRソフトウェアとCDR本体の購入が可能となります。
データ読み出しの元となるEDRは車のブラックボックスに例えられ、エアバックECU等に搭載されている装置または機能です。一定以上の衝撃が加わった場合そこから約5秒間さかのぼり衝突までの車両の速度、ブレーキペダル操作、アクセルペダル開度、エンジン回転数、ステアリング操舵角、ヨーレートなどのデータ及び衝突時のシートベルト装着状況、エアバック展開時間、そしてイベント終了までの衝突加速度、規模、入力角度など、最大約100種※4の情報を時系列で記録します。米国では2000年以降、官民学でのEDRデータを活用した事故調査と研究が進み、裁判での証拠データとして多く採用されました。そして米国政府は2012年に自動車ユーザーが公平にEDRデータを活用できるよう、自動車メーカーに対し連邦規則※5にてEDR搭載車両に対しEDR記録項目の標準化とデータの読み出しツールの市場販売を義務付けました。その後、CDRアナリスト、CDRテクニシャン制度が設定され運営されています。これらのアメリカでの実績を基に日本で、ボッシュが2017年末にCDRアナリスト認定制度を併せ正式販売して以降、警察機関、大手損保各社、研究機関、自動車メーカーでの講習の受講、CDRの活用が進み、昨今ではボッシュ カー サービス（BCS）等の整備工場、板金工場や自動車ジャーナリスト、事故調査会社など多岐にわたる自動車関連業種の方々が認定資格を取得し、EDRデータの解析が可能になりました。これにより、従来の事故調査手法である車の損傷評価、現場検証、証言に加えEDRデータを活用する事で、より効率的で、透明性の高い、事故調査が幅広いケースにおいて可能となってきています。
また、昨今普及が進むADAS搭載車両や自動運転車両など、それら車両の事故検証において何が起こったかを再現するデータとして、EDRは不可欠であること、また電子化された自動車全般においてもADAS搭載の有無を問わず事故解析に必要なデータという判断から、すべての乗用車、小型、中型商用車に対し、自動運転及びコネクティッドカーの技術策定委員会の取り組み項目の1つとして全世界共通法規内容が検討されていました。そして今年始め、国連欧州経済委員会において2022年の7月よりEDR搭載義務化の全世界共通法規を導入する事が決定しました。また、委員会の議長国である日本でも同時期の2022年7月の新型車より同法規に準拠したEDR搭載義務化が決定されました。これに伴うニーズの拡大に対応するためにこの度、ボッシュがCDRテクニシャン制度を新設するに至りました。

ReonHata_便利の副作用に気づかせるための発想支援手法の評価---行為の増減の提示による気づきへの影響---
我々はこれまで，新たなモノを産出する過程において「便利にすること」によって副次的に生じる課題を「便利の副作用」と定義し，その低減を目的としてアイディアの発想支援手法を提案してきた．
これまでの研究では，便利前後の行為の増減に着目することにより便利の副作用への気づきの誘発が示唆されたものの，行為の増減の提示による便利の副作用への気づきへの影響は十分に検討できていなかった．
そのため，本稿では行為の提示により便利の副作用に気づき，それを防いだアイディアの発想の支援が可能かの検証を目的として実験を行い，その有効性について検証する．
実験では，行為の増減の提示の有無によりアイディア発想にどのような影響を与えるか検証を行う．

セル生産方式におけるロボットの活用には様々な問題があるが，その一つとして 3 体以上の物体の組み立てが挙げられる．一般に，複数物体を同時に組み立てる際は，対象の部品をそれぞれロボットアームまたは治具でそれぞれ独立に保持することで組み立てを遂行すると考えられる．ただし，この方法ではロボットアームや治具を部品数と同じ数だけ必要とし，部品数が多いほどコスト面や設置スペースの関係で無駄が多くなる．この課題に対して音𣷓らは組み立て対象物に働く接触力等の解析により，治具等で固定されていない対象物が組み立て作業中に運動しにくい状態となる条件を求めた．すなわち，環境中の非把持対象物のロバスト性を考慮して，組み立て作業条件を検討している．本研究ではこの方策に基づいて，複数物体の組み立て作業を単腕マニピュレータで実行することを目的とする．このとき，対象物のロバスト性を考慮することで，仮組状態の複数物体を同時に扱う手法を提案する．作業対象としてパイプジョイントの組み立てを挙げ，簡易な道具を用いることで単腕マニピュレータで複数物体を同時に把持できることを示す．さらに，作業成功率の向上のために RGB-D カメラを用いた物体の位置検出に基づくロボット制御及び動作計画を実装する．
This paper discusses assembly operations using a single manipulator and a parallel gripper to simultaneously
grasp multiple objects and hold the group of temporarily assembled objects. Multiple robots and jigs generally operate
assembly tasks by constraining the target objects mechanically or geometrically to prevent them from moving. It is
necessary to analyze the physical interaction between the objects for such constraints to achieve the tasks with a single
gripper. In this paper, we focus on assembling pipe joints as an example and discuss constraining the motion of the

How Race, Age and Gender Shape Attitudes Towards Mental Health
Mental health has been in the news quite a bit lately. Dozens of U.S. states are currently suing Meta for contributing to the youth mental health crisis by inserting addictive features into their products, while the U.S. Surgeon General is touring the nation to bring awareness to the growing epidemic of loneliness and isolation. The country has endured periods of low national morale, such as in the 1970s when high inflation and the energy crisis worsened public sentiment following the Vietnam War. The current mood, however, feels different. Gallup recently reported that national mental health is at an all-time low, with few bright spots to lift spirits.
To better understand how Americans are feeling and their attitudes towards mental health in general, ThinkNow conducted a nationally representative quantitative survey of 1,500 respondents and found some interesting differences among ethnic, age and gender groups.
Technology
For example, 52% agree that technology and social media have a negative impact on mental health, but when broken out by race, 61% of Whites felt technology had a negative effect, and only 48% of Hispanics thought it did.
While technology has helped us keep in touch with friends and family in faraway places, it appears to have degraded our ability to connect in person. Staying connected online is a double-edged sword since the same news feed that brings us pictures of the grandkids and fluffy kittens also feeds us news about the wars in Israel and Ukraine, the dysfunction in Washington, the latest mass shooting and the climate crisis.
Hispanics may have a built-in defense against the isolation technology breeds, owing to their large, multigenerational households, strong social support systems, and tendency to use social media to stay connected with relatives abroad.
Age and Gender
When asked how individuals rate their mental health, men rate it higher than women by 11 percentage points, and Baby Boomers rank it highest at 83%, saying it’s good or excellent vs. 57% of Gen Z saying the same.
Gen Z spends the most amount of time on social media, so the notion that social media negatively affects mental health appears to be correlated. Unfortunately, Gen Z is also the generation that’s least comfortable discussing mental health concerns with healthcare professionals. Only 40% of them state they’re comfortable discussing their issues with a professional compared to 60% of Millennials and 65% of Boomers.
Race Affects Attitudes
As seen in previous research conducted by ThinkNow, Asian Americans lag other groups when it comes to awareness of mental health issues. Twenty-four percent of Asian Americans believe that having a mental health issue is a sign of weakness compared to the 16% average for all groups. Asians are also considerably less likely to be aware of mental health services in their communities (42% vs. 55%) and most likely to seek out information on social media (51% vs. 35%).

我々はこれまで，新たなモノを産出する過程において「便利にすること」によって副次的に生じる課題を「便利の副作用」と定義し，その低減を目的としてアイディアの発想支援手法を提案してきた．
これまでの研究では，便利前後の行為の増減に着目することにより便利の副作用への気づきの誘発が示唆されたものの，行為の増減の提示による便利の副作用への気づきへの影響は十分に検討できていなかった．
そのため，本稿では行為の提示により便利の副作用に気づき，それを防いだアイディアの発想の支援が可能かの検証を目的として実験を行い，その有効性について検証する．
実験では，行為の増減の提示の有無によりアイディア発想にどのような影響を与えるか検証を行う．

単腕マニピュレータによる 複数物体の同時組み立ての 基礎的考察 / Basic Approach to Robotic Assembly of Multi...Fukuoka Institute of Technology
セル生産方式におけるロボットの活用には様々な問題があるが，その一つとして 3 体以上の物体の組み立てが挙げられる．一般に，複数物体を同時に組み立てる際は，対象の部品をそれぞれロボットアームまたは治具でそれぞれ独立に保持することで組み立てを遂行すると考えられる．ただし，この方法ではロボットアームや治具を部品数と同じ数だけ必要とし，部品数が多いほどコスト面や設置スペースの関係で無駄が多くなる．この課題に対して音𣷓らは組み立て対象物に働く接触力等の解析により，治具等で固定されていない対象物が組み立て作業中に運動しにくい状態となる条件を求めた．すなわち，環境中の非把持対象物のロバスト性を考慮して，組み立て作業条件を検討している．本研究ではこの方策に基づいて，複数物体の組み立て作業を単腕マニピュレータで実行することを目的とする．このとき，対象物のロバスト性を考慮することで，仮組状態の複数物体を同時に扱う手法を提案する．作業対象としてパイプジョイントの組み立てを挙げ，簡易な道具を用いることで単腕マニピュレータで複数物体を同時に把持できることを示す．さらに，作業成功率の向上のために RGB-D カメラを用いた物体の位置検出に基づくロボット制御及び動作計画を実装する．
This paper discusses assembly operations using a single manipulator and a parallel gripper to simultaneously
grasp multiple objects and hold the group of temporarily assembled objects. Multiple robots and jigs generally operate
assembly tasks by constraining the target objects mechanically or geometrically to prevent them from moving. It is
necessary to analyze the physical interaction between the objects for such constraints to achieve the tasks with a single
gripper. In this paper, we focus on assembling pipe joints as an example and discuss constraining the motion of the

In this piece, we delve into the significant trends set to influence the look and functionality of product design in the year 2024.
How Race, Age and Gender Shape Attitudes Towards Mental Health
Mental health has been in the news quite a bit lately. Dozens of U.S. states are currently suing Meta for contributing to the youth mental health crisis by inserting addictive features into their products, while the U.S. Surgeon General is touring the nation to bring awareness to the growing epidemic of loneliness and isolation. The country has endured periods of low national morale, such as in the 1970s when high inflation and the energy crisis worsened public sentiment following the Vietnam War. The current mood, however, feels different. Gallup recently reported that national mental health is at an all-time low, with few bright spots to lift spirits.
To better understand how Americans are feeling and their attitudes towards mental health in general, ThinkNow conducted a nationally representative quantitative survey of 1,500 respondents and found some interesting differences among ethnic, age and gender groups.
Technology
For example, 52% agree that technology and social media have a negative impact on mental health, but when broken out by race, 61% of Whites felt technology had a negative effect, and only 48% of Hispanics thought it did.
While technology has helped us keep in touch with friends and family in faraway places, it appears to have degraded our ability to connect in person. Staying connected online is a double-edged sword since the same news feed that brings us pictures of the grandkids and fluffy kittens also feeds us news about the wars in Israel and Ukraine, the dysfunction in Washington, the latest mass shooting and the climate crisis.
Hispanics may have a built-in defense against the isolation technology breeds, owing to their large, multigenerational households, strong social support systems, and tendency to use social media to stay connected with relatives abroad.
Age and Gender
When asked how individuals rate their mental health, men rate it higher than women by 11 percentage points, and Baby Boomers rank it highest at 83%, saying it’s good or excellent vs. 57% of Gen Z saying the same.
Gen Z spends the most amount of time on social media, so the notion that social media negatively affects mental health appears to be correlated. Unfortunately, Gen Z is also the generation that’s least comfortable discussing mental health concerns with healthcare professionals. Only 40% of them state they’re comfortable discussing their issues with a professional compared to 60% of Millennials and 65% of Boomers.
Race Affects Attitudes
As seen in previous research conducted by ThinkNow, Asian Americans lag other groups when it comes to awareness of mental health issues. Twenty-four percent of Asian Americans believe that having a mental health issue is a sign of weakness compared to the 16% average for all groups. Asians are also considerably less likely to be aware of mental health services in their communities (42% vs. 55%) and most likely to seek out information on social media (51% vs. 35%).

- [このページで2〜3分] まずは歴史から。 60年代後半頃からコンピュータが燃料の調整などのエンジンの制御に使われ始めました このコンピュータをエレクトリカル・コントロール・ユニット(ECU)と呼びます。 80年代には、このECUに検査用の通信システムが搭載され始めました。 そして、80年代後半には、標準化が始まり、ついにOBDという規格が生まれました。 後々、各国で搭載が義務化されました 今ではⅠ台の車に沢山のマイコンがネットワークを作りお互いに通信しながら、車の色々な機能を動かしています。 →次のページ
