The project aims to help underprivileged children through a classroom tutoring program. Third and fourth year university students majoring in education will volunteer as tutors for 50 primary school students struggling in school or from vulnerable backgrounds. The tutoring will take place before or after normal school hours, with volunteers providing 900 total hours of tutoring over the course of the school year from September to May. The goal is for both the tutors and tutees to gain educational benefits, with tutors receiving practical experience and tutees receiving help overcoming learning difficulties.
