monarchs and aristocrats (Burkholder 466). As music became readily available to the public, composers began writing in a style that was easily
understood by everyone. The period of music that began in 1720 is called the Classic Era. However, as the political landscape of Europe changed, so
did music. Conflicts across the continent forced many composers to look for work as freelance artists, instead of writing for royal families
(Burkholder 592). Composers began trying to capture the attention of the public by writing pieces with memorable melodies and strong emotions.
By 1820, the Classic Era had transformed into the Romantic Era. The Classic and Romantic Eras differ in musical style, the use of musical forms,
and the design of musical instruments. One of the main differences between the Classic and Romantic Eras is musical style. In the Classic Era,
composers drew inspiration from ancient Greece and Rome. According to Shannon Baker Moore, "Similar to the simple, classic lines of an ancient

The question of what factors lead the Mayan's to their end is arguably history 's most enduring mystery. Every society has its rise, and inevitable fall.
However, none have fallen quite like the Classic Maya society. Like many civilizations, the fall of the Classic Maya society hinged on the back of
many contributing factors over the time span of 660–900 A.D. There are many contributing factors that contributed to the demise of the society. These

Throughout the past couple of centuries the human narrative has been increasingly presented in terms of acceleration in a phenomenon testifying to
what can be termed "the ecstasy of speed." Novels tend to create societal themes and expressions of progress that change and explode within texts.
Uses of world and historical acceleration are overarchingly some of the most easily arrived at examples of "the ectasy of speed." E.L. Doctorow's novel
Ragtime, which has been adapted into a stage production as well, stands as an example of precisely this sort of text. There is the question of the
association of the cultural, historical, and fictional characteristics of Ragtime that critic Brian Roberts has called the "central metaphor" of the novel.
When put together with the cohesive historical narrative within the novel, the discussion reveals the ways in which Doctorow uses Ragtime to perform
a work that mirrors the ups and downs of the classic ragtime style of music. Doctorow does this through the introduction of a distinctive way of reading
history which is vitally deconstructive and politically charged.

Was the hydrofluorosilicic acid likely to cause mischief?
The rule established in Ryland's and fletcher is that anything likely to cause mischief, if it escapes refers to "beasts, or water, or filth, or stenches." In
the case of Cambridge Water Co and Eastern Counties Leather, the chemical perchloroethene (for tanning leather) was the culprit of contamination and
it was ruled that it was included as something used to cause mischief if it escaped. We can use this ruling to decide that the hydrofluorosilicic acid was
likely to cause mischief.

In the case of Read and Lyons, escape was defined as "where a thing goes from an area under the defendants control to an area outside their control." In

price options. Consumers that are interested in this type of product will be willing to pay a higher price point for it. However, Classic needs to keep
in mind that with a higher pricing strategy, the ability to purchase a second shirt is reduced. With the high price of these shirts, Classic ultimately can
provide a higher margin for the trade at about 45% keeping them in the same boat as Classic in wanting to promote the product to get the best return.
