ACTIVITY 1: RECALLING PREV. LEARNING
Activity # 1: Recalling previous learning
Purpose: To recall what you learned in the previous class.
Instructions:
1. What did you learn in the last class?
2. What are some useful expressions that you remember from the last class?
3. What are some words that are difficult for you to remember?
4. How would you describe your partner.

ACTIVITY 2: WARM UP
PURPOSE: TO ENGAGE STUDENTS IN A NEW DAY OF CLASS.
Shopping bag
Instructions
1. Put the students in groups of 8-10 people.
2. The first person in the group starts by saying the following
sentence: “Yesterday I went to the market and I bought some
fish.” 3. The next person in the group repeat s the first sentences
and adds another thing that they bought. eg, ”Yesterday I went to
the market and I bought some fish and some bananas.” 4. Each
person in turn repeats the sentence and adds another item. The
students have to concentrate hard to remember all the things in
the correct order.

ACTIVITY 3: DESCRIBING MY CLASSMATES.
PURPOSE: TO BE ABLE TO DESCRIBE PEOPLE AROUND YOU.
Instructions:
• Get in pairs.
• Think of a classmate and describe this person without giving any hint
about him or her.
• Your classmate should guess by using your description.(do it twice
each member)
• Check in the image and put a check mark for the items that you can
see in the picture.
• Listen and repeat the words.
• Complete the box with the items from the prev. exercise.
• Listen to a conversation and underline the correct information.

• Listen and repeat the pronunciation of words.
• Try to complete the plural nouns of the chant.
• Listen to the radio station description and number the pictures and
they are mentioned.
• Match the phrases from A to B.
• Check on information about present progressive.
• Complete the grammar exercise pg. 75 with the correct form of the
verb be.

• I wake up a 5 am. In the morning. The first thing I am doing at
that time is taking a shower. I have to wait that my mother gets
out of the bathroom because she wakes up earlier than me.
Like around 7 AM. I am having my breakfast once I finish with it
have to go to my job. While I am driving to my work place I am
also taking a cup of coffee. When I arrive to my job I check on
the messages left in the phone. I am getting out of my job at 5
pm. And I am arriving home like at 9 pm. Just after taking
English classes.
