The welive project introduces a citizen co-creation model for mobile urban services aimed at enhancing public administration by shifting from an administration-centric to a citizen-centric approach. This initiative addresses the growing expectations of citizens for more personalized and efficient public services amid socioeconomic challenges. By providing tools and a collaborative platform, welive facilitates the co-design and implementation of urban services that meet real community needs.
