Daniel joined Pullman Liverpool in 2015 as an Assistant Restaurant Manager and helped lead the pre-opening team. He demonstrated passion and enthusiasm for the brand and took ownership of recruiting and selecting the food and beverage team in the absence of his manager. Daniel shone during the opening due to his flexibility, passion, and commitment. He was later promoted to Restaurant Manager in 2016 based on his commitment, passion, and drive. Daniel is focused on his career goal of becoming a Hotel General Manager and continually seeks development opportunities and feedback.
