2. Analyze The Learner

• 10 girls and 7 boys
• 70% white, 20% African American, and 10%
Hispanic
• 2 Boys have ADHD
• Ages range from 6 to 7 years old
3. Main Objective
• Students will present a poster of information of
the moon they have learned in class by doing
hands off activities, researching information, and
watching a video by the end of the week with
85% accuracy.
4. Day 1: What is
the Moon?
- Introduction of the project
due at the end of the week
-Oreo Project
- Look up information
5. Day 2: Craters
- Group work to research
information about computers.
- Create your own Craters
6. Day 3: Monthly
Moons
- Have a big Calendar
- Each group get a month
and learn about the month of
that month.
- Create a moon for their
month and then place it onto
the calendar.
7. Day 4: How
Does the Moon
Give Light?
- Moon light project
- Video on why the moon
shines
