I am a very interested in, and enjoy working with cars, which is why I am working towards a career in
accident body repair. I am a cheerful person who is always eager and ready to work. I am very good at
using my hands, familiar with computerized systems and I am not easily distracted and like to see a
job through to completion. I pride myself on being hard working and I have an excellent attendance
and punctuality record at college.

WORK EXPERIENCE
2014-2016 I work in a car body repair shop, helping out with cleaning up, being shown how to paint
cars. I have repaired cars taking out dents or doing filler work on H vans.
May 2009 – I did my school work experience at Caravan Guard, helping the staff with paper work,
work shadowing the call centre staff and handling computer data.
2007 to 2010 – I had a paper round and did one week’s experience working behind the bar in the
Jubilee Refreshment Rooms in the Sowerby Bridge station café bar; from this I was given further part-
time employment on a permanent basis. I also worked on a voluntary basis helping out with gardening
work in a public area in Sowerby Bridge.
