The Choctaw tribe lived in Oklahoma, Mississippi, Alabama, Louisiana, and Florida. They walked or traveled by boat for transportation and lived in circular lodges called hogans. The Choctaw wore animal skin clothing like leggings and skirts and were known for their rivercane baskets and wood carvings, though relocating to Oklahoma made obtaining materials difficult. Their diet came from the local area in which they lived.
