The Pawnee tribe lived in Nebraska, Kansas, and Oklahoma, where they ate foods like fish, birds, corn, and buffalo. They created pottery, woven baskets, hats, and paintings as part of their arts and crafts. Both Pawnee women and men wore clothes made from deerskin and other natural materials. The Pawnee lived in various shelter types like mud lodges, cone-shaped homes, and tents. They used dog sleds for transportation and held an annual powwow celebration in July.
