This document proposes a project to establish small communities in China's countryside to educate and care for "left behind children" whose parents have migrated to cities for work. The project would use martial arts training and living in communal camps as in Thailand to provide structure, discipline, and a sense of family and community. It discusses the need to address issues like rural poverty, lack of opportunities for children, and goals of developing local pride and skills for the future. It outlines plans for camp operations, education, safety, and establishing a non-profit organization called the Force One Foundation to oversee the initiative.
