• Certificate of Origin or Certificate for Free Sale
• Copy of the business registration of the Chinese importer (with the official chop)
Duration: About 5 to 7 working days
Deliverable: Import and Export Food Labelling Audition Certificate (per product type)

Service detail:
• HIT to assist overseas suppliers to register their company into China CIQ’s system
Documents requirement:
• Company name in English
• Full correspondence address in English
• Company type
• Original country of the applicant
• Contact person full name
• Company email address (personal email is not accepted)
Duration: About 3 working days
Deliverable: A registration number will be assigned and given to each overseas supplier

facility for last-mile delivery
