2. Save Employees' Time while Recording Detailed History of Labor Hours
Keeping track of Employees' labor hours with the Time and Attendance module of JobData can be set-up to
eliminate much of the time spent with other systems just clocking in and out of breaks. This module is
designed for your employees to clock in when they arrive, but to have breaks, lunch and (if you want) end of
shift to record automatically. It's all in the initial set-up.
When starting their first Job of the day, they will scan "In" to that workorder. When they move to a new
workorder, they will scan "In" to that new workorder. The system will automatically log them "Out" of the
last workorder and record the ending time of the old job and the beginning time of the new.
Time Clock with Optional Wireless Capability
CheckMate JobData offers an optional interface to a Time Clock that has capabilities that include barcode
input, magnetic stripe input, proximity scan, or fingerprint ID.
