others, ensuring that the facilities meet
statutory requirements and comply with

REQUIREMENTS
• The Chartered Facilities Manager ChFM
designation requires a bachelor of facilities
management, or related field.
• Three years experience as a facilities
manager
• In addition to educational requirements,
candidates must have project management,
contract management including relationship
management skills.
