Hi I am pearllyn. Today we are going to present discover the shape of ur sheep. http://format-factory.en.softonic.com/download#pathbar
Our presentation is based on the book the way of the shepherd by drkevin
for shape s stand for strength
1 pt - so that they can exhibit his or hers’ talent , it is important to understand your people and from there give them the most suitable position2 pt – and strength are together. They must have the correct attitude in order for them to exert their strength.3 pt – even if they do not have the required skill, they must have good attitude and passion for it which link us to the next alphabet H which is the heart.
Analyse e learning pointHi, I’m Jeanette and I’m going to cover on the second letter “H” of SHAPE. H refers to HEART. As Pearllyn has mentioned earlier on, S refers to Strength which reflects ability and I think Heart reflects passion. Agree or disagree on e points (state reason y or y not)-Agree, Strengths reflect abilities; heart reflects passion. -To get things done, it doesn’t matter how strong you are if you’re not motivated to exercise that strength. We need the strengths to do it, but without passion, some people will not have the motivation to do the jobs being assigned to them. Hence the result will not be good because, people has no heart to do it as he/she doesn’t like it. -Manager should know what his people are passionate about and try to place them in area which reflect their passion in order to achieve the goal.-So Strength must work with the heart in order to success.
How is this info useful to a management traineeWhen employees are placed in area which reflects their passion, their passion will motivate them to do the work which is assigned to them happily and effectively. This result in helping the management to achieve its goal on time
AND when is it not applicable to use itIt’s when there are shortage of people. When there are not enough employees, for sure someone got to take up the job to get things going and to get it done. It is also not applicableif everyone’s passion is in the same area, there must be someone to take up the project/job which no one is doing, even though their passion is not in it. This is because nothing is perfect in this world. They cant always expect to receive a project of their choice. They just got to have a positive attitude to accept the job being assigned to them. Now I will pass the time to Shu Ting to touch on ATTITUDE.
