Shaping Strategy
You’ll be responsible for developing, delivering
and directly managing the Change Management
Strategy for Corporate Solutions. You’ll establish
the framework for the business to develop
strategy, establish goals, communicate and
implement.
Being Influential
You’ll act as a process owner and a technical
expert. You’ll need to be influential in
understanding and delivering the future direction
of the business.
Driving Innovation
Creativity & innovation is at the heart of the
role, so you’ll be responsible for development
and making sure our offering is embedded
successfully in delivery models.
Taking Responsibility
Play a key role in meeting objectives on time
and on budget. Be the change agent and
ensure adoption to processes, systems,
technologies, job roles and organizational
structures.
Coach
Act as a coach for senior leaders and
executives in helping them fulfil the role of
change sponsor. You’ll also provide support
and coaching across all levels throughout
transitions.
Drive Transitions & Migrations
Assist in change management plans as part of
our outsourced solution. Take a focal part in
client presentations, change management
workshops, communications and defining
success metrics.
