To find the EOQ, the following procedure is used:
1. Compute the EOQ using the lowest acquisition cost.
 If the resulting EOQ is feasible (the quantity can
be purchased at the acquisition cost used), this
quantity is optimal and you are finished.
 If the resulting EOQ is not feasible, go to Step 2
2. Identify the next higher acquisition cost.
