With over seven years experience in digital, print, events and communications,
I’ve led creative solutions through to delivery for small and large clients including
TCS, Pfizer, Kellogg’s, datalynx, Novartis, Carlson Rezidor and Ford UK.
I’m a firm believer that crafting the right process is part of the solution upon which the
successful delivery of a project and the smooth running of a team relies upon.
I have great expertise in print and digital production and I have managed creative
communications briefs and turned them into successful solutions for our clients. In addition
to high attention to detail and a very successful track record of delivering projects on time
and on budget, I also managed a large team of permanent and freelancers while managing
the client throughout the whole life-cycle of the project.

2. INVOLVE • Studio Manager (Jan 2015 - Present)
INVOLVE is a values driven engagement agency that transforms company culutre
and creates brand engagement through live involving experiences, delivering award-
winning conferences and events, digital, design, video and animation work.
I was responsible for the day-to-day running of the creative studio of over 20 permanent
and freelance designers, illustrators, video producers and digital experts. Gate-keeper
for resourcing, team management, scheduling, project cycle, guideline adherence and
print output.
Some of my proudest achievements during my time at involve include:
• Scoping, planning, tracking and delivering over 90% of the company’s projects
with over three million turnover
• Created a bespoke process using a digital platform to enable team and supplier
collaboration for print production, which maximised quality check points and
minimised output errors
• Established a process for studio members to collaborate, receive briefs and
track workflow while maximising efficiency, improving quality of output and
communication
• Streamlined the pitching process by creating a library of assets, case studies for all
projects and a PPT template along with trainning that was shared with the team
• Constantly explored ways to improve print production with the latest, most cost
effective solutions
• Reduced studio costs by 30% within my first 3-months by streamlining freelance
bookings with advance planning with the wider team and monitoring spending

Lysis*, Creative communication solutions • Founder (Apr 2016)
Lysis* is my personal creative business that helps companies form their
communications vision, create strategies and produce engaging creative
communications that represent the company’s mission and culture.
Building creative communication solutions for my clients’ digital presence, print
materials and publications as well as producing comms and materials for events. Built
the messaging and identity for tech, consumer and leisure clients in addition to planning
and managing their comms.
Delivering thoroughly thought-through concepts supported by strong messaging
building leading to high quality production and successful completion measured by
positive post-project results.
Burson-Marsteller • Designer + STUDIO manager (Apr 2011 - DEC 2014)
Burson-Masteller is one of the world’s leading PR and communication agencies
handling communications for technology, corporate, consumer, public affairs and
healthcare clients.
Started as Jr. Designer, quickly took on studio assistance responsibilities such as print
management, project planning and scheduling. Progressed to a combined Designer
and PR Executive role where I solely managed projects from creative concept to
successful delivery while managing the client journey.
Secured tier 1 coverage for top brands and clients by enhancing the communications
plans with my creative execution, managed PR events both on the creative and
communication sides and was assigned all social media plan and monitoring for all
consumer clients. I increasingly took on studio administration responsibilities and
managed resourcing, studio project management, art directing, pitching, global client
liaison and relationship building.
Notsquare • Jnr Designer + Studio assistant (Jun 2007, Jan + Jul 2008)
Handled the studio’s workflow and created schedules during project briefings. Took
ownership of design projects working alongside the Creative Director, collaborated
with the Head of Digital and technically assisted in creating websites. Helped plan and
curate an exhibition project, conducted a venue review and created a small scale model
to help with client reviews and print production.

TM FORUM expo in Nice.
I collaborated with both teams to create
original content to describe the joint
offering and created a bespoke look/feel
that was applied on the booth backdrop,
desk and brochure.
