OFS started the relationship as one of multiple vendors and soon became a strategic partner, providing centralized and integrated testing teams to standardize processes, improve software quality, optimize operational cost and improve time-to-market. We designed the automation testing framework and executed more than 500 test scripts for automation testing. • We implemented a business process testing concept (BPT) integrating quality center with QTP (UFT) • We tested the following healthcare products: o Enterprise Content Management System, Enterprise Revenue Management System, Patient Information Portal, Contract Management, Release of Information and Claim Administrator • We benchmarked and baselined SLAs, and we also brought an efficient testing life cycle process and practices for effective project delivery. • We prepared testing artifacts like Ambiguity Analysis Tracker, Traceability Matrix (RTM), Execution Reports, Defects Metrics and Daily/Weekly/Monthly Business Status Reports, which provide transparency and keep everyone (stack holders and management) on the same page. • We maintained a robust and centralized knowledge repository to cross-train and provide KT to resources.
