The Center for Socio-Economic Studies and Multiculturalism was created to promote greater research, dialogue and awareness of diversity in Romanian business, academia, and social organizations. The Center supports research, trains students, and hosts events to disseminate its findings on how multiculturalism and diversity can drive innovation, entrepreneurship, and economic growth. It approaches these issues from an interdisciplinary perspective and focuses on the relationship between national culture, management, leadership, business ethics, and corporate social responsibility. The Center is part of the “Oamenii Cetatii” Foundation, which aims to support the community through socio-cultural, economic and humanitarian activities.
