1. Install screen (195) .

2. Install O-ring seals (194), backup rings (193) on relief valve (188) .
3. Install O-ring seal (190), backup ring (191), and O-ring seal (192) on relief valve (187).
4. Install relief valve (187). Tighten valve (187) to a torque of 26 ± 1.3 N·m (19 ± 1 lb ft).

5. Install shuttle valve (188). Tighten shuttle valve (188) to a torque of 35 ± 3 N·m (26 ± 2 lb
ft).
6. Install plug (189) .
7. Install orifice (186). Tighten orifice (186) to a torque of 10 ± 2 N·m (89 ± 18 lb in).
8. Install O-ring seal (185) on sensor (184) .

9. Install fitting (183).
10. Install sensor (184). Tighten sensor (184) to a torque of 62 ± 6 N·m (46 ± 4 lb ft).
11. Install studs (181) in manifold (182) .

Personal injury can result from being struck by parts propelled by a
released spring force.
Make sure to wear all necessary protective equipment.
Follow the recommended procedure and use all recommended tooling to
release the spring force.
12. Install bolt O-ring seal (175), retainer (176), spring (177) spring (178), retainer (179) and
bolt (180) on stem valve assembly (174). Tighten bolt (184) to a torque of 35 ± 3.5 N·m (26
± 3 lb ft).
13. Install stem valve assembly (174) .

14. Install O-ring seals (172) and (173) on valve assembly (168) .
15. Install O-ring seals (169) and (170). Install backup rings (171) on valve assembly (166) .
16. Install valve assembly (166). Tighten valve (166) to a torque of 95 ± 5 N·m (70 ± 4 lb ft).

17. Install housing (167) .
18. Install cartridge assembly (168). Tighten cartridge assembly (168) to a torque of 35 ± 3 N·m
(26 ± 2 lb ft).
19. Install O-ring seals (163) and (165). Install backup ring (164) on valve assembly (160) .
20. Install coil assembly (159) and nut (158). Tighten nut (158) to a torque of 6 ± 2 N·m (53 ±
17 lb in).
21. Install valve assembly (160). Tighten valve assembly (160) to a torque of 203 ± 8 N·m (150
± 6 lb ft).

23. Install orifice (157) and plug (156). Tighten orifice (157) to a torque of 10 ± 2 N·m (88 ± 17
lb in).
24. Install spool (155), spring (154), check spool (153) spring (152), plug (151) on valve (137).
Tighten plug (151) to a torque of 285 ± 25 N·m (210 ± 18 lb ft).

25. Install O-ring seals (148), backup rings (149) and (150) on shuttle valve assembly (147) .
26. Install shuttle valve (147) on valve assembly (137). Tighten shuttle valve (151) to a torque
of 16 ± 3 N·m (141 ± 27 lb in).

27. Install O-ring seals (146) on cartridge assembly (145)
28. Install cartridge assembly (145). Tighten cartridge assembly (145) to a torque of 35 ± 3 N·m
(25 ± 2 lb ft).
29. Install O-ring seals (143) and backup ring (144) on valve assembly (139) .

30. Install valve assembly (139). Tighten cartridge assembly (139) to a torque of 203 ± 8 N·m
(150 ± 6 lb ft).

39. Install O-ring seals (126) and backup ring (127) on valve assembly (122) .
40. Install valve assembly (122). Tighten valve assembly (122) to a torque of 100 ± 10 N·m (74
± 7 lb ft).

47. Install O-ring seals (109) and (110) on cartridge valve (106) .
48. Install O-ring seals (106), backup rings (108), and O-ring seal (107) on valve assembly
(103) .
49. Install valve assembly (104). Tighten valve assembly (104) to a torque of 91 ± 5 N·m (67 ±
4 lb ft). Install housing (105). Install cartridge valve (106). Tighten cartridge valve (106) to
a torque of 35 ± 3 N·m (26 ± 2 lb ft).

50. Install O-ring seals (102) and backup ring (103) on plug assembly (99) .
51. Install coil assembly (97) and nut (98). Install plug assembly (99). Install coil assembly
(101) and nut (100). Tighten nut (98) to a torque of 6 ± 1 N·m (53 ± 8 lb in). Tighten plug
assembly (99) to a torque of 20 ± 3 N·m (15 ± 2. lb ft). Tighten nut (100) to a torque of 100
± 20 N·m (74 ± 15 lb ft).

52. Install O-ring seals (96) on valve (95) .
53. Install valve (95) .
54. Install O-ring seals (92), backup rings (94), and O-ring seal (93) on valve assembly (91) .

55. Install valve assembly (91). Tighten valve assembly (91) to a torque of 27 ± 2 N·m (20 ± 2
lb ft).

Install valve assembly (85). Tighten valve assembly (85) to a torque of 95 ± 5 N·m (70 ± 4
lb ft). Install coil assembly (87) and nut (86). Tighten nut (86) to a torque of 6 ± 1.5 N·m
(53 ± 13 lb in).
59. Install valve assembly (81). Tighten valve assembly (81) to a torque of 50 ± 5 N·m (37 ± 4
lb ft).

60. Install O-ring seal (80) on sensor (78) .
61. Install coil assembly (76) and nut (77). Tighten nut (77) to a torque of 50 ± 5 N·m (37 ± 4 lb
ft).
62. Install sensor (78) and plug (79). Tighten sensor (78) to a torque of 62 ± 6 N·m (46 ± 4 lb
ft).

63. Install O-ring seals (74) and backup rings (75) on cartridge assembly (73) .
64. install coil assembly (72) , cartridge assembly (73) on valve assembly (60). Install nut (71).
Tighten nut (71) to a torque of 6 ± 1.5 N·m (53 ± 13 lb in). Tighten cartridge assembly (73)
to a torque of 27 ± 2 N·m (20 ± 1 lb ft).
65. Install O-ring seals (70) on relief valve (66).

66. Install O-ring seals (67), backup rings (68), and O-ring seal (69) on check valve (65) .
67. Install check valve (65). Tighten check valve (65) to a torque of 150 ± 8 N·m (111 ± 6 lb ft).
68. Install relief valve (66). Tighten relief valve (66) to a torque of 65 ± 5 N·m (50 ± 4 lb ft).

69. Install backup ring (63) and O-ring seals (64) on check valve (62).
70. Install O-ring seals (61) and check valve (62) on valve (60). Tighten check valve (62) to a
torque of 50 ± 5 N·m (37 ± 4 lb ft).
71. Install valve assembly (60) .

72. Install O-ring seals (57) and (58). Install backup rings (59) .
73. Install shuttle valve (56) on valve (55). Tighten shuttle valve (56) to a torque of 16 ± 3 N·m
(142 ± 27 lb in).

74. Install spool (54), spring (53), check spool (52), spring (51) and plug (50) n valve (24).
Tighten plug (50) to a torque of 285 ± 25 N·m (210 ± 18 lb ft).
75. Install O-ring seals (49) on coil assembly (42) .

76. Install and O-ring seal (43) retainer (44), spring (45), spring (46), retainer (47) and bolt (48),
on stem valve (42). Tighten bolt (48) to a torque of 35 ± 3.5 N·m (26 ± 3 lb ft).
77. Install stem valve (41). Install coil assembly (42) .Tighten stem valve (41) to a torque of 35
± 3 N·m (26 ± 2 lb ft).
