he door factory «Budmajster» is one of
Tthe biggest manufacturers of interior
doors on the territory of Ukraine.
The firm has worked on the market of joinery
products for over 20 years, producing a wide
range of products under the Trade Mark
“VERTO”.
For today products of the Door Factory has
won customer's trust on the interior doors
market by a high quality, modern design and
an excellent price-quality of products. The
Door Factory is part of the investment-
production company “Budmajster”, that
creates a stable financial infrastructure of the
factory and guarantee active and dynamic
development of TM “VERTO” on the territory
of Ukraine and abroad.
Production. The door factory offers more 150 interior doors models with five different covers and with wide
color range. All door models are offered in a single-leaf and two-leaved version, can be done in none-
standard sizes. Except door leaves the factory produces door frames, thresholds, additional laths and other
accessories for door leaves, providing customers all necessary ranges in choosing products.
The factory always increases production volume, updating the product line of products, which makes TM
“VERTO”, one of the most progressing trademark in the country.
Quality. Producing doors is based on using foreign technologies. An automated process allows high-quality
specialists to control quality characteristics on every manufacturing stage: from selection of materials to
getting products by a customer. The confirmation of the fact is quality certificate ISO 9001.
The production of the door factory corresponds all necessary building requirements that is confirmed by
certificates.
Distribution. Selling of the production TM”VERTO” is carried out through the dealing net which consists from
more than 300 dealers on the territory of Ukraine. All production is represented in the showrooms of the
salons and the shops. The Door Factory always develops a dealing net on the territory of Ukraine and abroad
and also cooperates with the biggest building and trading organizations. Thanks to active work of our dealers
with authorized shops, the production of TM “VERTO” is available on all territory of Ukraine.

Technology. Thanks to using new technologies and materials, doors cannot be just a universal element, which
provides a connection of rooms. More strict requirements are demanded to them, to technical characteristics,
quality, design and a guarantee period. Today it is real as modern automated technologies give us that
opportunity.
Manufacture. Producing of interior doors is on modern woodworking equipment, made in Germany and Italy,
with using the newest technologies and ecologically clean materials. The drying complex has an automated
control system which lets the factory make high-quality wooden products. Door producing of TM “VERTO” is
carried out by a team of more 100 experienced specialists, united by one goal – to produce quality products of
European level making them more reliable and available for customers. Nowadays interior doors
manufacturing is a multi-stage technological process with control of quality on every stage of producing what
lets make products which correspond international standards. Modern equipment lets make doors with
different décor elements that give a door individuality, grace, lightness and completeness. A unique texture
and a wide color range makes doors of TM “VERTO” an original decoration of any interior.

MODEL
Single-leaf and two-leaved are in all models. All models can be
produced for sliding system – without furniture and a quarter, a
bottom end is milled under a guide element which is fastened
to the floor.
COVERING
Wood leaf is glued by covering “Simplex”. The frame around
the perimeter of glazing (MDF) is glued in color of leaf.
Constructions of leaves
CONSTRUCTION OF LEAF
The carcass of leaf frame has been made from pine, end joint
glued in length by “finger joint limber”. Filling of leaf:
stabilizing honeycomb core or tubular splint-slab plate filling.
The frame with filling is glued from both side with HDF boards.
Both wood blocks and the top are glued with edge band in the
color of leaf.
