6. MEDIA RELATIONS
Media is a crucial part of our every day lives. It is how we communicate with others, seek new
information, and connect with new people. In this day and age it is our lifeline to the outside
world. It is only reasonable to assume the government feels the same way about media. The
government uses different types of media every single day. From commercials and advertising
to social media networks- the government has an influential role in every aspect of these
technologies.
The Government have to be extremely careful as to what they put on their sites and I would
definitely consider this “ANTISOCIAL” behaviour. Press Council of India chairman Justice
(retired) CK Prasad said that the media should not have a “cordial relationship” with the
government.
Prasad said, “You are crusaders of trust. You are bound to come into conflict with the
government and the authorities. I am of the opinion that if there is no conflict between
journalists and government, that day perhaps will be the saddest day for our democracy.”

The Californian based company, Paypal, has
explicitly accused Paytm of using a logo that was
deceptively and confusingly similar to its own.
In addition, the notice given by Paypal states that
Paytm has slavishly adopted the two-tone blue
color scheme of the trademarked Paypal logo.
The first syllable in each mark is in dark blue
color and second syllable is in light blue color.
