Albatros Logistics implemented a WMS at its new warehouse for SEJONG Slovakia within 6 weeks. The WMS tracks materials and automates reporting to improve efficiency and decrease labor costs. MULTIMAGE was selected to design and implement the WMS and hardware based on criteria like quick data entry and production monitoring. Key goals included optimizing warehouse usage and monitoring material flows and production batches.
