I seem to be a helper once a week. For example, when my friend encounters some questions while seeking my opinion, I always don't know how to answer. Another friend of mine is lost in love, how can I sympathize with him. I believe everyone has a similar experience. Therefore, these problems have always existed in our lives and we need to understand how to develop counseling skills. In the past, I didn't have the confidence to face customers. I always follow the client's ideas, but I want to be a qualified helper should have my own ideas. But now, I can deal with every problem they have. Through this whole course, I learned a lot of skills. When our friends, family, customers, colleagues need us, we can help them. When they lose themselves, we can help them find what they want most. For me to be a peer counselor, there are a lot of requirements, such as communication skills, listening skills, questioning skills, compassion skills. For me, I am a very incompetent person. I do n’t like talking to strangers. I don’t take the initiative to talk to them. I just think that communication skills are the best if I want to be a qualified peer counselor It's important, so I have to learn how to have a very good conversation with the customer. I also challenged myself through this course and I am proud of myself. At the same time, listening is also a very important skill.
