COMPARATIVESTUDYBETWENTHERMAL ENGINE PROPULSION AND HYBRID PROPULSIONAJHSSR Journal
ABSTRACT:The academic paper describes in a concrete and elegant way a comparative study of two existing
propulsion systems on cars. The authors have developed the concepts and technical aspects of the SWOT
analysis, which highlights the qualities and shortcomings of the classic propulsion system with a thermal engine
compared with a hybrid propulsion system. In this way, interested parties can learn about the advantages of
hybrid propulsion systems installed in today's cars, which are defined by the electric motor/ motors installed in
their propulsion systems. Finally, conclusions are presented in the field covered.
KEYWORDS :car, thermal engine propulsion, hybrid engine propulsion, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities,
threats.
This is the history of one of man's greatest inventions.... The Car! This slideshow discusses the major accomplishments in chronological order since the very beginning of the automobile.
2024.06.01 Introducing a competency framework for languag learning materials ...Sandy Millin
http://sandymillin.wordpress.com/iateflwebinar2024
Published classroom materials form the basis of syllabuses, drive teacher professional development, and have a potentially huge influence on learners, teachers and education systems. All teachers also create their own materials, whether a few sentences on a blackboard, a highly-structured fully-realised online course, or anything in between. Despite this, the knowledge and skills needed to create effective language learning materials are rarely part of teacher training, and are mostly learnt by trial and error.
Knowledge and skills frameworks, generally called competency frameworks, for ELT teachers, trainers and managers have existed for a few years now. However, until I created one for my MA dissertation, there wasn’t one drawing together what we need to know and do to be able to effectively produce language learning materials.
This webinar will introduce you to my framework, highlighting the key competencies I identified from my research. It will also show how anybody involved in language teaching (any language, not just English!), teacher training, managing schools or developing language learning materials can benefit from using the framework.

How to Create Map Views in the Odoo 17 ERPCeline George
The map views are useful for providing a geographical representation of data. They allow users to visualize and analyze the data in a more intuitive manner.
We all have good and bad thoughts from time to time and situation to situation. We are bombarded daily with spiraling thoughts(both negative and positive) creating all-consuming feel , making us difficult to manage with associated suffering. Good thoughts are like our Mob Signal (Positive thought) amidst noise(negative thought) in the atmosphere. Negative thoughts like noise outweigh positive thoughts. These thoughts often create unwanted confusion, trouble, stress and frustration in our mind as well as chaos in our physical world. Negative thoughts are also known as “distorted thinking”.

Operation “Blue Star” is the only event in the history of Independent India where the state went into war with its own people. Even after about 40 years it is not clear if it was culmination of states anger over people of the region, a political game of power or start of dictatorial chapter in the democratic setup.
The people of Punjab felt alienated from main stream due to denial of their just demands during a long democratic struggle since independence. As it happen all over the word, it led to militant struggle with great loss of lives of military, police and civilian personnel. Killing of Indira Gandhi and massacre of innocent Sikhs in Delhi and other India cities was also associated with this movement.

The French Revolution, which began in 1789, was a period of radical social and political upheaval in France. It marked the decline of absolute monarchies, the rise of secular and democratic republics, and the eventual rise of Napoleon Bonaparte. This revolutionary period is crucial in understanding the transition from feudalism to modernity in Europe.

2. Introduction
Although the blueprint for the modern automobile was perfected
in Germany and France in the late 1800s, Americans dominated
the industry in the first half of the twentieth century. Henry Ford
innovated mass-production techniques that became standard,
with Ford, General Motors and Chrysler emerging as the “Big
Three” auto companies by the 1920s. Manufacturers funneled
their resources to the military during World War II, and
afterward automobile production in Europe and Japan soared to
meet demand. Once vital to the expansion of American urban
centers, the industry had become a shared global enterprise with
the rise of Japan as the leading automaker by 1980.
3. Who, where and when?
This question does not have a
straightforward answer. The history of the
automobile is very rich and dates back to
the 15th century when Leonardo da Vinci
was creating designs and models for
transport vehicles.
There are many different types of
automobiles - steam, electric, and gasoline
- as well as countless styles.Who invented
the automobile is a matter of opinion. If
we had to give credit to one inventor, it
would probably be Karl Benz from
Germany. Many suggest that he created
the first true automobile in 1885/1886.
4. Advantages of cars
• Advantages for Car Users...
• Door to door transport, if parking space.
• Flexibility on timing, if congestion allows it.
• Several passengers
• Inexpensive if several people share the car, or if only fuel cost is considered
(already have car)
• Large load carrying – boot, roof, trailer.
• Vehicles can be mobility adapted.
• Play music of choice inside.
5. Disadvantages of cars
• Fast, wide traffic routes deter pedestrians and cyclists; cut through
whole communities.
• Driving unhealthy – is inactivity plus the body’s stress responses.
• Ever more land for roads and parking space is at high cost to car
owner, taxpayer and ratepayer.
• High public costs for hospital & accident/ emergency services:
city road accidents at 26 per 1000 people per year.
• Noise intrusion.
6. Nowadays there are
companies or firms that
compete each other with
advanced cars which are
very fast and it is a
professional sport. This
sport is called Formula
1(F1). We have a
Spanish representation
in this sport, his name is
Fernando Alonso and he
has won the cup twice,
in 2005 and 2006, both
with the company
Renault.
7. The evolution of cars
and my personal opinion
I think that cars are very useful
because we can go from one
place to another without
making an effort; it is true that
for large distances it could be
very hard to travel with cars
and you could use other kinds
of transport such as planes or
boats, but for short distances it
is the best.
