3. Commercial invoice
 A commercial invoice is a document used in foreign trade. It is
used as a customs declaration provided by the person or
corporation that is exporting an item across international borders.
 the document must include a few specific pieces of information
such as the parties involved in the shipping transaction, the goods
being transported, the country of manufacture, and the
Harmonized System codes for those goods.
 A commercial invoice must also include a statement certifying
that the invoice is true, and a signature.

5. Packing list
 Packing List (also known as a bill of parcel, unpacking note,
packaging slip, (delivery) docket, delivery list, manifest or customer
receipt, shipping list)
 It is a document which details the contents, and often dimensions
and weight, of each package or container.
 It serves to inform all parties involved with shipping, including
transport agencies, government authorities, and customers, about the
contents of the package. It helps them deal with the package
accordingly.

7. Certificate of origin
 Certificate of Origin is a certificate stating the country of origin of
the goods. Depending on the importing country's requirements, this
can be as simple as being issued by the seller or the manufacturer.
 In most cases however, it is required to be issued by a Chamber of
Commerce in the country of origin.

9. Dangerous goods declaration
 To ship dangerous goods, consignors are required to
prepare a form certifying that the cargo has been packed,
labeled and declared according with the IATA Dangerous
Goods Regulations (DGR).

11. Air Waybill (AWB)
 The document which covers transport by air. It is issued by the
carrier, whether an airline or a freight forwarder, as a non-
negotiable document serving as a receipt to the consignor for the
goods, and containing the conditions of transport.
 It also shows the details of the consignee so that they can be
contacted on arrival of the goods.

15. Cargo manifest
 list limited to identifying cargo is a cargo manifest or cargo list.
 A listing of the goods comprising the cargo (freight) carried in a means of
transport or in a transport-unit. The Cargo manifest which gives the
commercial particulars of the goods, such as transport document numbers,
consignors, consignees, marks and numbers, number and kind of packages,
descriptions and quantities of the goods, may be used in place of the Cargo
declaration. .
 a cargo manifest is often more concerned with physical aspects of the cargo,
such as weight and size. When the cargo is being shipped by several different
shipping companies on the same vessel, there will usually be separate bills of
lading for each company, but only a single consolidated cargo manifest

17. Cargo transfer manifesto
 CTM documents contains airway bill issued by IATA agent and their
instruction to carrier with the necessary declaration and instructions by
aircraft as carrier of goods.
 These declarations along with airway bill and other required
documents are duly signed and rubber stamped by IATA.
 This Transfer Manifest is as of today a paper document that could be
replaced by an electronic CIMP standard message
