The Cargills Group operates as the most diversified, holistic food and agriculture, focused and
comprehensive supply chain in Sri Lanka. By working with a large number of supply chain
partners the group was able to perform a 24-hour, 365-day operation with a robust linking a number

FMCG sector contains eight production facilities. To facilitate the safe and efficient movement of
products from such diverse sectors, the Cargills Group has several managed clear supply chains:
vegetables and fruits, milk, seafood, pharmaceuticals, refrigerated dairy products, frozen dairy
products, frozen meat products, Goods, vegetable seeds and other dry matter. The group procures
vegetables and fruits from a farm network consisting of 10,000 or more farmers and procures
agricultural products from farmers. Is done through a decentralized network of Cargill Collection
