This document summarizes a final year defense project on career prediction. The project aims to find patterns to help students select the perfect department or career by collecting data on characteristics like subject interests, strengths, activities, work styles, and thinking patterns. Data was collected through an online questionnaire and analyzed using clustering algorithms in Weka. The expected outcomes identify trends in how computer engineers responded, such as having strong math and engineering interests and logical thinking styles. Challenges included developing the questionnaire, collecting meaningful data, and producing clear clusters. The project aims to help guide student career selection and reduce dropout rates.
