Selecting the right course after graduation or after class 12th
involves following information: -
Where do you want yourself to be seen after 10 years
Where do you find most excitement to work as employee or as an entrepreneur
What are the core strengths that you have built in yourself over a period of time
What differentiates you from others
How do your background and your family support you in your future plans
Selecting the right course is easier for those who understand themselves better. Right courses are those which can
take
you closer to your ideal self. Your ideal self is built over a period of time due to upbringing, family environment,
social structure and overall national environment.
Why career guidance ?
We need great persons again on our land.
We need the great persons to get the environment , which can cultivate their greatness.
We need the true characters of the students to evolve, so that they can emerge as the true ambassadors of their
own ideals.
Hence, career guidance is only a guidance to follow your true self.
A CASE STUDY :
I would love to give here example of Abdul Lateef Usta. He did his graduation in science and they went to UK.
Unlike other Indians, he steadfastly adhered to Indian values and pursued a truly academic life. After PG, he got
many opportunities out of India, but preferred to serve India and is currently working in Jaipur as a senior
government officer. His commitment to Indian values is commendable. His tenacity and perseverance are ideal for
modern students. He tried for international scholarships for taking up a course that was not available in India at that
time. He was able to study a course, which was as per his strengths and his capabilities and the course actually made
him the unique person in himself.
If you love numbers, join courses like CA, and make your own mark in the field. If you love language, join creative
writing and become a great writer. If you love music, be a great composer. There are no dearth of opportunities
today. Indian Universities are offering varieties of courses and it is possible for a student to purse a course of his
dream. The ultimate objective is to be what you have been destined for. You must be able to contribute to the
society and must be able to use your strengths in some constructive way.

research. They can become academicians, researchers, scholars, writers, judges etc.

Sensing : these persons get knowledge from external sources. They wish to rely on external sources for their
knowledge and information. They rely on physical objects for gaining knowledge and information. They can easily fit
into modern education.
Intuiting : they prefer to take up decisions on their intuition rather than on someone else’s observations. They rely on
their own understanding. They can be very good in predicting future.
Thinking : they spend a great deal of time in collecting information and in analyzing it. They are outstanding in
connecting information. They can be very good as writers.
Feeling : these persons are sensitive, relation oriented and love to connect to people. They are friendly, well behaved.

Selecting the right course after graduation or after class 12th involves following information: - Where do you want yourself to be seen after 10 years Where do you find most excitement to work as employee or as an entrepreneur What are the core strengths that you have built in yourself over a period of time What differentiates you from others How do your background and your family support you in your future plans Selecting the right course is easier for those who understand themselves better. Right courses are those which can take you closer to your ideal self. Your ideal self is built over a period of time due to upbringing, family environment, social structure and overall national environment. Why career guidance ? We need great persons again on our land. We need the great persons to get the environment , which can cultivate their greatness. We need the true characters of the students to evolve, so that they can emerge as the true ambassadors of their own ideals. Hence, career guidance is only a guidance to follow your true self. A CASE STUDY : I would love to give here example of Abdul Lateef Usta. He did his graduation in science and they went to UK. Unlike other Indians, he steadfastly adhered to Indian values and pursued a truly academic life. After PG, he got many opportunities out of India, but preferred to serve India and is currently working in Jaipur as a senior government officer. His commitment to Indian values is commendable. His tenacity and perseverance are ideal for modern students. He tried for international scholarships for taking up a course that was not available in India at that time. He was able to study a course, which was as per his strengths and his capabilities and the course actually made him the unique person in himself. If you love numbers, join courses like CA, and make your own mark in the field. If you love language, join creative writing and become a great writer. If you love music, be a great composer. There are no dearth of opportunities today. Indian Universities are offering varieties of courses and it is possible for a student to purse a course of his dream. The ultimate objective is to be what you have been destined for. You must be able to contribute to the society and must be able to use your strengths in some constructive way.
