The card sort study aimed to understand how users categorize platform features. 20 participants sorted 26 cards into groups. There was agreement on categories like contributors, assets, and strategy. Cards related to content planning and creation had less agreement. Results showed strategy, planning, production, assets, analysis, and contributors as high-level categories. The tree test had 18 participants complete 10 tasks on the platform. The average completion time was 5 minutes and the success rate was 68%. Tasks related to content review/status and reporting/goals had lower success rates, suggesting confusion between planning and production areas. Participant feedback noted confusion over labeling and desire for chronological ordering of content workflows.
