ATCS usually known as “Automated Toll Collection System” is a new technology for collecting toll in a faster and more efficient way. It is a great alternative to long waiting at manual toll plazas. In order to overcome the wastage of time and fuel at same time we have come up with a concept of RFID based automated toll collection system using Arduino. RFID stands for Radio Frequency Identification; these cards are unique identities provided to every vehicle by Registration Office at each city. Whenever a vehicle with such Unique ID reaches the toll plaza, the RFID card reader attached on the toll plaza gate reads the card and transfers the unique ID to Arduino ATmega 328. Accordingly, the processor works and deducts a fixed money from the prepaid card. If the card’s ID is valid and has sufficient balance, the processor will command the DC motor to start and open the gate, letting the vehicle to pass. On passing from the gate the screen will show the deducted and current balance of the card. If the card is not valid or low in balance, it will prompt to move the vehicle to manual toll collection lane. Furthermore, a message will be sent to the owner’s registered mobile number with the same details along with the location of the toll booth.

E- Healthcare is a web based project system which deals with online checkup through video conferencing & doctor gives online prescription.
People can book appointments online by approaching the website of E- healthcare. And people can also download their lab reports. people can discuss their health related issues via video conferencing and get doctor useful prescription.
The main motive of introducing these “E - HEALTHCARE” system is to promote online health care services. Because lack of specialists is major problem in small towns. But E-healthcare provides online services like online treatment. It will be beneficial for all those peoples located in Small towns and the patients who have to take regular treatment, travel a lot where there is a lack of medical facilities.
Parking space in the heart of Pakistan, Lahore, is the need of the people as well as a revenue-generating source for the City District Government, Lahore (Now MCL). For a long time, the parking sites were auctioned to contractors by the CDGL. After the contract was awarded, a small fee was deposited in the Government treasury but the charges were arbitrarily charged causing revenue loss to the Government.
Looking into the matter above, CDGL moved a summery to the CM for making a parking authority who would enter into a Private Public Partnership with a single contractor, who would modernize the parking by introducing latest technology and develop parking that, would facilitate the public as well as generate revenue for the Government. The project ran into jeopardy, as the awarding of contract got late and the authority having no previous Parking Management experience re-employed, either the contractors themselves who used to run the sites previously or the employees of the contractors. The contractors where used to the “Parchi System” that still exists, leaving the government with the same revenue embezzlement and loss as before.
The aim of the project is to develop a Mobile Based Parking Revenue Collection System, with a Web Based Portal, to facilitate the Government to collect and manage the revenue and monitor activities at the parking sites on real time basis and get rid of the Parchi System. Other than the local Governments, this system can be applicable to Hospital managements or Mall managements to operate their parking and can use this software to monitor their revenue.
In this project “RFID based Car Parking System” we have shown the concept of an automatic car parking system. As in the modern world everything is going automatic we have built a system which will automatically sense the entry and exit of cars through the gate and then display the number of cars in the parking lot.
Check-ins and check-outs will be handled in a fast manner without having to stop the cars so that traffic jam problem will be avoided during these processes. Since there won't be any waiting during check-ins and check-outs the formation of emission gas as a result of such waiting will be avoided. Therefore, by this project we develop a parking system for an organization to have automated parking system for making best use of space, decreasing the man power and providing authentication for the vehicles from avoiding the theft.
Even we can set a maximum capacity of cars .We have developed a microcontroller which is used to sense the movement of cars and depending upon whether there is a capacity of cars to enter, it either opens the gate or not. It is also possible to open a gate when any car enters in the parking lot or close the door when a car exits from the parking lot with help of RFID.
There are two sets of sensors: one on the first gate (entry gate) and one on the second gate (exit gate). When a car arrives at the door the microcontroller receives the signal from the entry sensors and then checks whether there is a capacity of cars to be accommodated. Simultaneously it will also display the number of cars present in the parking lot on a LCD screen and also opens the gate. When a car moves out of the parking area the microcontroller reduces the count displayed accordingly and also closes the gate .The sensing of entry and exit of cars is done with the help of Infrared transmitters and receivers. Before the door the Infrared transmitter is mounted on one side and the receiver is placed directly in front of the transmitter across the door. When a car arrives the Infrared beam is blocked by the car and the receiver is devoid of Infrared rays and its output changes. This change in output is sensed by the microcontroller and accordingly it increments the count and opens the door if there is some capacity. The procedure for the exit of the cars is similar as the entry.

Memorandum Of Association Constitution of Company.pptseri bangash
www.seribangash.com
A Memorandum of Association (MOA) is a legal document that outlines the fundamental principles and objectives upon which a company operates. It serves as the company's charter or constitution and defines the scope of its activities. Here's a detailed note on the MOA:
Contents of Memorandum of Association:
Name Clause: This clause states the name of the company, which should end with words like "Limited" or "Ltd." for a public limited company and "Private Limited" or "Pvt. Ltd." for a private limited company.
https://seribangash.com/article-of-association-is-legal-doc-of-company/
Registered Office Clause: It specifies the location where the company's registered office is situated. This office is where all official communications and notices are sent.
Objective Clause: This clause delineates the main objectives for which the company is formed. It's important to define these objectives clearly, as the company cannot undertake activities beyond those mentioned in this clause.
www.seribangash.com
Liability Clause: It outlines the extent of liability of the company's members. In the case of companies limited by shares, the liability of members is limited to the amount unpaid on their shares. For companies limited by guarantee, members' liability is limited to the amount they undertake to contribute if the company is wound up.

Capital Clause: This clause specifies the authorized capital of the company, i.e., the maximum amount of share capital the company is authorized to issue. It also mentions the division of this capital into shares and their respective nominal value.
Association Clause: It simply states that the subscribers wish to form a company and agree to become members of it, in accordance with the terms of the MOA.
Importance of Memorandum of Association:
Legal Requirement: The MOA is a legal requirement for the formation of a company. It must be filed with the Registrar of Companies during the incorporation process.
Constitutional Document: It serves as the company's constitutional document, defining its scope, powers, and limitations.
Protection of Members: It protects the interests of the company's members by clearly defining the objectives and limiting their liability.
External Communication: It provides clarity to external parties, such as investors, creditors, and regulatory authorities, regarding the company's objectives and powers.
https://seribangash.com/difference-public-and-private-company-law/
Binding Authority: The company and its members are bound by the provisions of the MOA. Any action taken beyond its scope may be considered ultra vires (beyond the powers) of the company and therefore void.
Amendment of MOA:
While the MOA lays down the company's fundamental principles, it is not entirely immutable. It can be amended, but only under specific circumstances and in compliance with legal procedures. Amendments typically require shareholder

7.Conclusion
The solution was to provide Car Rental with an user-friendly web application that would allow for
customers to access and use on a wide range of devices: desktops, laptops, mobile devices, tablets.
The website is designed to stay up to date by giving administrators the ability to change/add/remove
any featured vehicles on the site. The website will verify and store any information the user may input
when making a rental purchase request. This will appear in real time onto the software used by the
employees. This software provides an easy-to-use interface to allow for simple access to rental requests
and Customer information
8.Future Work
With all the technological advancements and growing demand, the car rental industry has managed to
show all growth despite the challenges. With the advent of numerous mobility solutions, the car rental
industry has evolved with time and is expected to show more improvements in the future. GoodFirms’
survey tries to capture potential changes that can be expected in the future.
• IoT has touched all industries, and the automotive industry is one of the most impacted industries
due to the introduction of IoT.
• While IoT has brought about a huge revolution in the automotive sector which has resulted in the
invention of autonomous vehicles, the car rental industry is set to see a disruption due to the
introduction of IoT-enabled solutions.
• Car rental companies can leverage the benefits of IoT, right from preventive maintenance of the
vehicles to maintaining better customer service to remain competitive.
• The introduction of autonomous vehicles can assist businesses to efficiently maintain fleets while
reducing costs and providing access to user data to provide them with a personalized experience.
• Collaboration with Ride-Sharing Services
• The arrival of car-sharing companies like Uber and Lyft is having a tremendous impact on car rental
companies.
• The convenience of online bookings and the availability of vehicles on demand shook the taxi and
rental markets. To overcome the challenges posed by car-hailing or ride-sharing companies, several
car rental giants have opted to provide alternatives in the past.
• The acquisition of Zip car by Avis is one such example where a car rental giant joined hands with a
car-sharing company. Companies like Six aim to provide alternatives to ride-hailing apps by offering
third-party vehicles for rent on their own platform.
