1. BSNL
INTRODUCTION
 Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited is an Indian state-owned telecommunications company
headquartered in New Delhi.
 It was incorporated on 15 September 2000 .
 It is the largest provider of fixed telephony and broadband services with more than 60%
market share, and is the fifth largest mobile telephony provider in India.
 BSNL is India's oldest communication service provider and had a customer base of
93.29 million as of June 2015.
 It has footprints throughout India, except for Mumbai and New Delhi, where
telecommunicatons are managed by Mahanagar Telephone Nigam (MTNL).
 AUTHORISED CAPITAL -10,000,000,000(equity shares) and
7,500,000,000 non cumulative preference shares.
 DIVIDENT - no dividend because company has suffer loss
 INVESTMENT - Rs.200 crores in the 7% Redeemable cumulative
preference shares each of Rs.100/-
 TOTAL NUMBER OF EMPLOYEE - Executive employees are
44906 and Non-Executive 166180.
 FOREIGN EXCHANGE EARNINGS AND OUTGO - Returned
earning from foreign country worth ofRS.144 Crore, and out of them
rs. 68.49 crore are used.

2. IDEA
INTRODUCTION
 Idea Cellular is an Indian mobile network operator based
in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
 Idea is a pan-India integrated GSM operator offering 2G,
3G and 4G mobile services.
 Idea is India’s third largest mobile operator by subscriber
base. Idea has 191 million subscribers as of 31 December
2016.
 Type – public company
 Founded – 1995
 Headquater – Mumbai, india
 Key person - Kumar Mangalam Birla
SHARE CAPITAL - 3,60,53,28,231 equity Shares of ` 10/- each.
DIVIDEND- no dividend was recommended because company was
gone in loss.
REVENUE- 358,827 Mn, a decline of 0.8% and in previous year
there was revenue of 359810.
BORROWINGS - Company raised ` 70,000 Mn through issuance of
Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) at face value of ` 1 Mn each on
private placement basis.
 TOTAL CUSTOMER - Idea total customer as on 31st December
2016 has 191 million subscribers.
3. AIRTEL
INTRODUCTION
 Bharti Airtel Limited is an Indian global telecommunications services
company based in New Delhi, India. It operates in 18 countries
across South Asia and Africa.
 It is the largest mobile network operator in India and the third largest
in the world with 400 million subscribers.
 Airtel was named India's second most valuable brand in the first ever
Brandz ranking by Millward Brown and WPP plc.
 Type – Public limited company

BSNL INTRODUCTION  Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited is an Indian state-owned telecommunications company headquartered in New Delhi.  It was incorporated on 15 September 2000 .  It is the largest provider of fixed telephony and broadband services with more than 60% market share, and is the fifth largest mobile telephony provider in India.  BSNL is India's oldest communication service provider and had a customer base of 93.29 million as of June 2015.  It has footprints throughout India, except for Mumbai and New Delhi, where telecommunicatons are managed by Mahanagar Telephone Nigam (MTNL).
