Installed a IT Network Manager that identifies the customer's IT
issues much faster and address them proactivity. Setup ongoing
monitoring and alerting that reports problem before occurrence.
Provided patches where necessary and offered help desk services
to support customer’s ongoing need.

customer’s location and crated VPN access for tele-workers.
Recommend CRM solution that tracks legal bill received from law

avoid scope creep, install required premise wiring, test and
terminate all patch cable and cable trays.
