crops;
• In 2018, The average fertilizer consumption for Cameroon was 13 kg/ha and used in mainly
cotton, Maize, Coffee, and vegetables.
• Can we target at least again 20 Commercial clusters X 1200 Hectares with potential of 5000 T
(Including Specialty Products to pilot in some progressive pockets may be 300-500 T)
• Highly Intensive HR planning with a futuristic view: Place a Sales Exec & 5 CSP (and with 4 Exec. 1
Agronomist) with 1200 Hectare ( 1 Ha= Addl. 100 Kg) (( Cluster=120 Tons X 25 Clusters= 3000-
5000 T))
• Potential Crops & minimum Fertilizer Market can be created: Additional 11750 T
- Ground Nut 450000 Ha out of which we can target 50,000 Ha X 1 Bag (50 Kg) NPK= 2500 T
- Banana/Plantain- 300000 Ha out 3 lakhs we can target 50,000 Ha X 2 Bags (50 Kg) (NPK Basal +
1 Bags Urea in Middle Stage/Fruiting Stage= 5000 T Urea
- Beans 290000 out of which we can approach 50000 Ha X 25 Kg NPK= 125 T NPK
- Cow Pea 2,00,000 out of which we can target 50000 Ha X 25 Kg/Ha NPK= 125 T NPK
- Rice- 250000 Ha out of which we can target 50000 Ha X 80 kg/Ha NPK = 4000 T NPK in north
region.
Feedback
from dealer
- My partner and I have already started to prospect for your product so if the
price is affordable, it will be easy for us to distribute it (Ahad Global IT).
- NSW Product Quality good-packaging is good, marketing strategy is good
(Ahad Global IT)
- There should be discount, or some offer which can attract customers.
- There should be an option for credit at least for 30 days.
- If you guys will work with farmers as few of other companies are doing it
will boost your fertilizer business
- You should approach to farmers community/group who are growing
commercial crops like Rice, Coffee, Cotton and Banana etc. if you promise to
buy their crop produce, they will use your fertilizers.
- Farmer don’t know about your product NSW should work on advertisement
also. To establish your product, you need to demonstrate your product.

  • 9. Feedback from dealer - My partner and I have already started to prospect for your product so if the price is affordable, it will be easy for us to distribute it (Ahad Global IT). - NSW Product Quality good-packaging is good, marketing strategy is good (Ahad Global IT) - There should be discount, or some offer which can attract customers. - There should be an option for credit at least for 30 days. - If you guys will work with farmers as few of other companies are doing it will boost your fertilizer business - You should approach to farmers community/group who are growing commercial crops like Rice, Coffee, Cotton and Banana etc. if you promise to buy their crop produce, they will use your fertilizers. - Farmer don’t know about your product NSW should work on advertisement also. To establish your product, you need to demonstrate your product.
