• Always read the instructions fully  there is useful information and context in
here on how to answer the questions
• Read through the text first for general meaning & context (is it a notice, an
email, a text message, etc?)
• Then read again for specific details and information
• Words you don’t know  try to figure out based on context clues
• Don't choose an answer just because it contains a word that is in the text.
• When in doubt, use process of elimination to rule out what you know is
incorrect
