•Breathe IN → Hold

2. Count down from 100 (for beginners)
• After 10 days, you may count down from 10 to 1.
• You may count from 5 to 1 drawing the numbers, moving your
eyeballs. Whatever image of the number shows up in front of
you, grab it. Be faithful to whatever picture your brain
draws.
• The music must not have sung lyrics in this phase. It is a
background sound.
• TATRAKA: candle gaze. You may gaze to any object. Moving
ones, like a candle flame, cause your brain to go into a
hypnotic state faster.

COUPLE OF MINUTES UNTIL YOU LET GO
OF YOUR EGO/ PROTECTION WEAPONS IN
YOUR SUBCONSCIOUS MIND. DO IT UP TO
30 MINUTES.
