5. OC President
Functional role :
Coordinate and manage team members' strategies and
actions. Understand every progress happening in the team
and lead the team to the right direction and to achieve the
success together
Job Description :
1.Coordinate EXCHANGE FAIR team meeting every week
2.Create project plan & timeline
3.Control every OCs' function progress every week
4.Track the results with SUPERVISOR (VP & Project controller)

7. Maintain the activities to pursue the goals

6. OC Program (kesekertariatan)
Functional role :
Arrange every program and its details. Make events which are
related to the project and market segmentation
Job Descrription :
1. Memberikan input dan ide-ide untuk acara
2. Menyusun rundown setiap acara
3. Mengatur tentang surat menyurat
4. mengecek semua kesiapan logistic
5. menyiapkan venue untuk acara
6. mengontrol dan mengevaluasi setiap detail acara

7. OC External Market
Functional role :
Arrange every program and its details. Make events which
are related to the project and market segmentation
Job Description
1. Menyusun acara diluar UNS (UMS etc) dan market tapping
2. Mengatur stakeholder yang ada di Exchange Fair
3. Surat menyurat dan perizinan diluar UNS
4. Mempersiapkan acara diluar UNS
5. Mengontrol detail acara di luar UNS

8. OC Communication
Functional role :
Create the promotion materials with the right message and
plan promotional strategy. Deliver the message to the target
that are already segmented through promotional tools
Job Descrription :
1. Membuat design setiap promotional tools (poster, teaser, video etc)
2. Mengevaluasi semua iklan sebelum publikasi
3. Membuat press release di setiap acara
4. Dokumentasi setiap acara dan kegiatan,
5. mengevaluasi berapa orang atau target yang mengetahui exchange fair
(Branding)

9. OC Promotion
Functional role :
Create the promotion materials with the right message and
plan promotional strategy. Deliver the message to the target
that are already segmented through promotional tools
Job Descrription :
Bertanggungjawab atas promosi dan publikasi acara baik
secara offline maupun online, buzzing for promotion,
membangun relasi dengan media dan komunitas pemuda,
delegate service (delegate mailing, dll)

10. OC Finance
Functional role :
Create the budget and manage the expenses according to
the plan. Also responsible for tracking and accumulating
survey to create evaluation document.
Job Description :
1. Membuat budgeting untuk acara dan peralatan yg
dibutuhkan
2. Membuat laporan keuangan project
3. Mengontrol pengeluaran atau kebutuhan OC lain
agar tetap sesuai dengan budget project
4. Membuat fundraising

11. OC Operational
Functional role :

12. OC Marketing (2 Positions)
Functional role :
Market research to get sponsorship in fresh money or inkind. Gain more partnership to our Event.
Job Description :
1. Market research dan membuat list utk
perusahaan/organisasi yang hendak diajak bekerja sama
2. Melakukan sales activities
3. Menjaga relasi dan kebutuhan partner
4. Membuat kerja sama dan mendapatkan sponsor

13. OC Logistic (2 Positions)
Functional role :
Arrange every logistic in project and its details. Buying,
recording and keeping every logistic and tools.
Job Description :

4.merawat dan menyimpan kebutuhan logistic.
