A new technology is changing the ways heating resistances
are being manufactured.
The new electronic printing techniques allow us to print
copper resistances on low cost plastic substrates.
All this opens up new possibilities for manufacturers that use
these resistances and want to lower the cost and better the
functionality of their products, a clear advantage over
competitors.

The printed electronic heaters provide a
faster and more efficient warm up with
great accuracy. They are extremely thin,
with a thickness between 50 and 100
microns, and consist of printing high
conductive copper traces on a low cost
plastic substrate. These traces are then
isolated under different layers of flexible
insulation.
The printed flexible heaters can be
configured in different sizes depending
on the application, being able to adapt
to flat or curved surfaces.
It's possible to integrate temperature
sensors, controllers and SMD
components, enabling a complete
bespoke heating solution.
