My name is Ana Ventura and we are Team Out Loud.

So let me tell you a story:
João, an HR Manager in a 5 star hotel in Lisbon, came to us a few months ago and told us he had a problem with employee engagement and he believed an app could help him solve that problem.
As João is a role-model in the hotel industry, we thought... “maybe it’s better to check it out.”
So we went out of the building and talked to 22 other HR managers and almost all of them had the same problem.
We did some research and found that this problem was spread all over the world…

We sold 6 thousand licenses even before starting our pilot.
Our target are medium and large companies.
It’s a huge market that we plan to conquer industry by industry. We are starting with the hotel industry.
