- Hello everyone! My name is Ana Ventura and we are Team Out Loud. We are revolutionizing the way organizations engage with their employees. We’ve started with the hotel industry, but our solution applies to healthcare, retail, and others.
- So let me tell you a story: João, an HR Manager in a 5 star hotel in Lisbon, came to us a few months ago and told us he had a problem with employee engagement and he believed an app could help him solve that problem.
