Shanmugarajah is the Director of Mobile Architecture at WSO2 and has over 10 years of experience in mobile technology. He presented on how WSO2 provides internet access to employees via their Enterprise Mobility Manager (EMM) product. Previously, WSO2 used a less secure WPA2-PSK wireless network with a shared password. They have now implemented WPA2-Enterprise with a RADIUS server connected to LDAP for authentication. The EMM solution allows them to identify users, restrict which devices can connect, enforce security policies, and manage a bring-your-own-device program more securely.

A First Step to a World without Passwords
1) LINE is replacing existing biometric authentication with FIDO2 authentication in their mobile payment app LINE Pay to enhance security following payment fraud incidents.
2) They plan to expand FIDO integration to more LINE platforms and countries starting with the iOS version of LINE Pay in Japan.

Quality characteristics can be added with sustainability, and then measured continuously. Test environments can be used less, and in smaller scale and on demand. Test techniques can be used in optimizing or minimizing number of tests. Test automation can be used to speed up testing.
