The Transformation Architect is the co-creator with BOQ of the big picture. Together, they define:
the principles feeding into the Transformation Design, the logic of different phases, a scheme of
proposed consulting support, most critical success factors and the overall impact desired.
The Transformation Design shapes the program based on its architecture. It may be highly detailed,
eventually affecting even most practical levels such as work plans. Seamless combination of phases,
interventions and events produces a targeted solution at optimum consulting input.
As a process, it incorporates Diagnosis based on empirical evidence and company culture. The
transformation dramaturgy, considering emotional and political aspects. Detailed planning of phases
and interventions.
As a result, it combines Project Organisation, Phase timing, Tools and Methodologies deployed,
Required consulting expertise.
Emotional and Political Design Aspects: In every company people are exposed not only to rational
aspects but must deal with emotions and stakeholder politics. Each company culture mirrors the
emotional and political situation based on values, beliefs and behaviours. We use Dramaturgy to
manage emotions and plan interventions according to the spectrum of emotions by Plutchik: Fun-
Sadness, Trust-Disgust, Fear-Anger, Anticipation-Surprise.

decisions, solidifying decisions, selling decisions and managing outcomes
