On July 6, 2012, the business made a Facebook fan page to gain more customers. The business is
now having its customers and the expected time of arrival of products is every two weeks from the
order date. Last July 24, 2012 the business which is called “Twinkies Online Shop” is now successfully

What needs to be done?
