The project requires students to identify a strategic initiative, competitive advantage, and major business process that reinforce each other for a company. Students must submit a 10+ page paper linking these three elements using a balanced scorecard model. The paper must define the process flows for the current and improved processes, assign metrics to measure performance, and calculate cycle times to assess improvements from reengineering the process. Relating the reengineered process to successful strategy execution using the balanced scorecard is also required.
