This document outlines an agenda for two days of training on business model canvas. Day one covers defining the business model, the nine blocks of the canvas including value proposition, customer segments, and revenue streams. Participants do exercises to write an elevator pitch and build an initial business model. Day two covers example business models and has participants further develop their own canvas models and get feedback. The overall goal is to help participants understand and apply the business model canvas tool to their own startup or business ideas.
