The idea of business intelligence was introduced in the late 19th century to provide business people with proper data to make decisions. Business intelligence involves analyzing data to promote business through planning, understanding trends, customer needs, and making critical decisions. It uses cutting-edge information technology. Business intelligence provides the right data at the right time to make the right business decisions. It has grown with businesses and technology, making business more accurate, relevant, efficient and profitable. Business intelligence software combines data warehousing, hardware and software to evaluate performance and needs over time. It encourages using information technology and human thinking together for new business opportunities and problem solving.

1. Jermia J.Pyuza .THE IDEA OF BUSINESS INTELLIGENT.
The idea of business intelligence was introduced late in 19 century because of lack of proper data
for use by business men and women who were interested in business. Historically Richard Millar
Deven says in his article Business Intelligence was seen in encyclopedia as something started in
year 1865 that is what I call 19 century.The growth of business intelligence has gone hand in
hand with growth of business. People are now becoming better at making business going when
compared to some years back. As per definition business intelligence is the process of analyzing
data and using them to promote business by making good plan, knowing the future of business,
trend of the business, need for new customer care, need for new business environment, and man
making critical decision about business.
All mentioned activities done in business intelligence are with use of cutting edge Technology
mostly the information technology (Rouse,2014).Right access to right information about
consumer which will enable you to make right business decision at very right time is something
which defines business. On other hand scholar define Business intelligence as having the right
ability to find right data or information needed to make the right business decisions at the right
time. With growth of business, business intelligence is something that thin Business which has
matched the growth of both technology and business growth has matched very much the growth
of technology as it makes the business work accurate, relevant, better, less time consuming, less
money consuming and lastly better work.
There is kindly high use of manufactured soft ware and cutting edge science and technology for
the purpose of making this program possible. Any person who is looking forward for a very nice
company performance he/she need a nice tool for performing evaluation and understanding what
is required at specific time of interval. Business intelligence is the new area to venture; it is
competitively working with other software to let business men and women to practice and earn
the maximum out of business. This technology encourages human mind to think critically on
how to integrate the obtained information it uses human ability to think in combination to
information technology intelligence, when all are combined together they bring about new area
of venture in business and it is now used to solve problems and make new path for business
owners (Baqar and pandey, 2011). It is also used in making business decision
Business intelligence is equal to having all necessary skills and knowledge on factors affecting
your business and all other process related to business. At the moment if the company is not yet
able to invest in business intelligent won’t find it favorable to earn profit. Currently if you lack
business intelligence skill you on very hard side especially for managers, company leaders
etc.With use of business intelligence managers has started to work with richer business
environment which combine warehouse as repository, hard ware and soft ware are also highly
used (Quadri, 2012).

2. According to Quadric. (2012) business intelligence has three main components which make it
easy to produce the desired services. The three major components can be described as one data
capture, sometime known as acquisition, there is data storage, and the last components are access
and analysis. So far for what is known data are collected from the internal and external source.
Internal source involves data found in organization data base and already existing warehouse.
Data from customers, suppliers, government, business competitors and internet referred to as
external data.
According to Baqar and pandey (2011) the data source can be found into the following source
one research companies, consumers which are sometimes known as market, , already existing
warehouse ,the operational data base and lastly internet .The data are currently collected and can
exist in different forms example files,pictures,tables.charts,spreadshirt etc.
The environment where business is done has vastly changed a lot, the customer are now looking
for good care with product which are up to date. They also need faster and more than ever they
requires efficiency on service provided. In conclusion Jaglan et al,(2012) once wrote “For the
company to stay on top there must be business intelligence”. To summaries the Jaglan et al,2012
I will mention few important aspect on the importance of business intelligence.one it allows
more easy interpretation of available data, two they can as well be used for the identification of
new opportunities, it help in integrating new method or strategies according to data available. It
is also used on looking competitive market advantage and issue of long term stability.
Inmon and Nesavich state that, to make business intelligence more practical there is great need to
make unstructured data user friendly because currently they are not that much good for use in
business again there also great need to make uniform business intelligence language for the
people in the field to easily understand each other.
With business intelligence appropriate data will be obtained at proper time and required
arrangement will be made”. This mechanism provides user-friendly information to all the users
which something which create team work, harmony and easy resolution to problems arising.
It is therefore important for all big and small business company to think on how apply the
available data to make their work effectively. The idea of business intelligence need practical
research to see if at your own environment it will work.
