I’m a 51 yo solid data-driven manager with more than 20 years of experience in the conventional business such as Marketing & Sales,Customer Operation,Risk & Fraud Management bringing a long term operational management experience that also involves P&L responsabilities, topped with a sound experience in the world of digital marketing, technology, e-commerce & business strategy. I have managed complex business processes including service & product development, marketing, CRM, retention & loyalty programs, sales & channel management and new business development. I also have also an good knowledge of advertising dynamics (ATL, BTL, branding, media strategy and planning, digital channel
