CONTEXT
Healthcareself-insuranceand consultingGroup offer customers with variety of services to our clients.Weencourage
many wellness activities, promote self-management through healthcare Apps and increased patient clinician
interaction. Providing such services requires building an IT infrastructure and systems which can support huge
volume of customers. In this document we havedesigned the usecasediagramand a prototype. The purpose of the
use case diagram in this document is to describe the system from perspective of all stakeholders. The use case
diagrambrings outall therequirements of the system from the viewpointof all thestakeholders.The actor glossary,
use caseglossary,usecasetableand the use casenarrativeareprovided along with the diagramto understand the
diagramin detail.
This document also includes a prototypefor the login,browsingand customer RSVP.
Our company is the only consulting group which uses various technologies so it becomes necessary to remain
competitive in the market. In short the UC and prototype brings out the requirements from the viewpoint of the
stakeholders.
This document describes business data mapping,BI Requirements and Performance Metrics
Business Data Mapping- It is the process of creating new data clusters from existing data clusters. In other words
data mapping is the process of creatingdata element mappings between two distinctdata models .
BI Requirements- Below is the process of BI requirements:
1. Identify the data the users interact with, or would like to interact with. Make sure to
determine the granularity of the data that is needed.
2. Develop a data model to provide the data at the appropriate granularity
3. Determine how the data will be sourced to this data model.
Performance Metrics- A performance metric is that which determines an organization's behavior and
performance. Performance metrics measure an organization's activities and performance.It should supporta
range of stakeholder needs from customers, shareholders to employees.
