Provider search functions in traditional health plan provider
directories only show basic details. Our search engine is
different. We provide our members with access to providers
and facilities based on cost and quality scores that allow our
members to make intelligent decisions regarding any non-
primary care procedure. Our members will have access to the
search capability and our concierge care team will also be
available to help our members make informed decisions and
guide their every step along the healthcare journey.
All members will be granted access to this service.

9. Our Negotiated Pre-Care Pricing Guarantee
As a cash paying customer, with no network to access,
even if you search for low cost/high quality providers
does not mean the price you see is the price you get.
This gives assurance to our member and Sedera that the price is not subject to
further negotiation. This will not eliminate the need for the Second Opinion benefit.

10. Our Member Healthcare Records Vault
Our patient-centric care solution was created on the premise that the patient’s
electronic health records must be accessible throughout the care continuum, no matter
the level, source or time of day. This level of integration and access drives clinical quality,
positive provider - patient experience and lower costs in a value-based world.
All medical findings are added to a member’s “Personal Medical Records Vault”. Create
a “Circle of Care” that gets access to all your medical records and notification of
qualified changes. That communication increases your physician’s knowledge of your
condition enhancing your experience and speed to recovery.*
Our QR LifeCode product also integrates into the Medical Record vault allowing EMT’s or
other provider care givers to access next of kin, allergies, severe medical conditions such
as diabetes and any other pertinent detail that has been housed in the vault.
